Free Spay/Neuter Clinic on Friday July 15.  FCDF will be hosting a free spay/neuter clinic for residents of the Greater Birmingham area.  This is a needs-based clinic for those that could use some financial help with getting their pets fixed.  Please help us to stop unwanted pet overpopulation and reduce the burden it places on the animal rescue system.     

Do Dah Day will be held on May 21, 2011 in Caldwell and Rhodes Parks in Birmingham.  In the past FCDF has been a beneficiary of the proceeds from this great event.  Please visit www.DoDahDay.org/ for more details.

Spay Day USA 2011 is Feb 22.  FCDF will be hosting free spay/neuter clinics for residents of the Birmingham area.  This is a needs-based clinic for those that could use some financial help with getting their pets fixed.  Please help us to stop unwanted pet overpopulation and reduce the burden it places on the animal rescue system.     

From 6-10 PM, come have your picture taken with Dirty Santa: donations will be collected for local animal charity, Friends of Cats and Dogs Foundation. Entertainment includes: a special reading by Tom Bagby, two Holiday songs by Fred and Daily, and of course, house elf band,"Six Elves, One Cup," straight from the North Pole, who will battle it out with a Troll band, from deep under the Tundra! Event is Free!

Pet supplies Plus on Greensprings Ave. is having a Halloween costome party on 10/23 from 10 am to 2 pm.  Pet photos for $5 - proceeds benefit FCDF.  Donuts, cider,  costume judges, and prizes for best pet costume.

with their four legged loved ones by participating in the American Cancer
Society’s Bark For Life of Leeds Moody. The American Cancer Society Bark For
LifeTM is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to
raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society's fight against
cancer.
