Claire is a very special lady. She was rescued from a gassing shelter in Louisiana the day before she was to die. Even worse was that she was carrying four very special pieces of cargo - little unborn kittens. They were born the day before she was saved. As a bonus, the shelter threw in two more newborns to boot, so Claire cared for six kittens without any fuss...loved them all and was such a good mother.
Now she has weaned her babies and is looking for her new home. She is scheduled to be spayed this week and will be ready for adoption by November 11, 2011. She is still trying to gain weight from having the babies and living in the shelter for awhile, but she is almost there.
Claire is up to date on her shots, deworming and rabies. She is litterbox trained. She is a true lady. She gets along with my dogs (basically ignores them) and is not aggressive with my other cats; although, I cannot say the same for them (bad kitties).
I do request that I be allowed a home visit to make sure that you all will get along together well. Also, I would like for Claire to be returned to me if there is a change of heart or circumstances. She is always welcome back home with me. I love this girl!
