There are lots of ways you can help FCDF help area cats and dogs:
1. Make a donation of cash or needed supplies
FCDF can always use cash or material donations to offset the high costs of preparing an animal for adoption. Innoculations, medicine, and vet bills add up. In some cases, the costs are especially high. FCDF also provides training and animal education to the public at no cost. Since FCDF is an all-volunteer organization, you can be sure that your contribution is going to the cause. Any material or cash donation to FCDF is tax deductible and we'll be happy to provide you with a receipt for tax purposes.

3. Foster an animal
FCDF relies on volunteers to house, feed, and care for animals while they are awaiting adoption. Sometimes, people rescue an animal but cannot keep it for more than a day or two. It's a big commitment, but if you can be a foster parent, we'd love to hear from you.
5. Participate in our Coupon Program
One of the services that FCDF provides is a pet food/supplies coupon distribution programfor people who have pets and live on a fixed income. FCDF relies on volunteers to providethese coupons. More info...
6. Sponsor an animal
Maybe you've seen one of our animals that currently has a foster home but has some otherspecial needs. You can help that animal by helping out with medical costs or supplies that it needs.
7. Volunteer!
Perhaps the best contribution you can make is your time and skill. FCDF has plenty of programs that require one or more volunteers to administer. E-mail us at volunteers@fcdf.org if you're interested in becoming a volunteer.
