I have been fostering “Tallulah” for 2 months. She has been fixed and had shots. She lived under a building for her first few months and is very scared of humans. I am not experienced with rescuing cats, so she needs a home that is willing to work with her to overcome her fears. She will eat out of my hand but doesn’t want to be petted. She is not aggressive at all. She is very vocal and beautiful.
